Paul and Ryan are wonderful realtors and human beings. Having used them for both selling a home and then buying a new one (which meant ultimately building one), they were there every step of the way. They could have easily stepped out during the time construction was happening and just shown back up for closing, but Paul was incredibly helpful when issues arose with the builder as well as for valuable advice. He was even there for support during material selections!
